Psychotherapy means application of scientifically validated procedures to help people develop healthier, more effective habits. There are several approaches to psychotherapy including CBT, REBT interpersonal and other kinds of talk therapies that help individuals work through their problems. Psychotherapy refers to a range of treatments that can help with mental health problems, emotional challenges, and some psychiatric disorders.


It aims to enable patients to understand their feelings, and what makes them feel positive, anxious, or depressed. This can equip them to cope with difficult situations in a more adaptive way, Coping with grief, with unavoidable changes, with difficult circumstances and people etc.


Psychotherapy can provide help with a range of problems, from depression and low self-esteem to addictions and family disputes. Very effective for stress, anxiety, anger, worry, sexual disorders, fears and phobias, relationship problems and much more. Combined with medication, it can also be very effective in bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
